All villas listed on our website are offered for short term holiday rental from their Owner or their villa management company (the “Owner Representative”) to the renter (the “Client”) under the following Terms and Conditions. Some villas also have Special Rental Conditions, It will be clearly stated on Booking Correspondence. When making an inquiry on the Website or via phone or telephone, the Client agrees with these Terms & Conditions.
Our Website provides the complete information about the accommodation, tour activities, adventures and leisure package that can be bookable online. By making a reservation through Our Website, the Clients enters into a direct, legally binding, contractual relationship with the relevant Owner. Our Website acts as an intermediary between the Client and the Owner, sending the details of the reservation to Owner and sending the Client a confirmation email for and on behalf of the Owner.
Reservation For Accommodation
To reserve a Villa, the Client must fill in the reservation form completely: [Arrival Date, Departure Date, Complete Name, Total Adult, Total Children, Contact Details, etc]
The client’s booking information form will be submitted to our reservation team to be followed up immediately or within 24 hours.
We are not providing the live booking calendar on our website, However to keep the accurate information of availability our team will do double checking by phone call to villa owner directly, when the booking request arrives. If the villa is still available the client will get booking confirmation with total cost calculation, inclusion, cancellation policy etc.
If a Villa is booked during period requested, the clients will be offered the similar villa category within the prefer area.
To reserve a Villa, the Client must pay an initial non-refundable deposit (50% of the total rent due, unless otherwise specified in the Villa Specific Rental conditions or 100% of the total rent for booking made within 30 days prior to arrival date). Upon reception of the confirmation email and deposit, CV. Hospitality Bali, on behalf of the Owner, will send a villa confirmation voucher. The reservation is not effective until required payment is received.
Reservation For Tour Activities, Adventures And Tour Package
To reserve any activity, the clients must fill in the reservation form

For the confirmed booking, the clients will get the booking confirmation with the booking code. The clients will be asked to make a payment to secure this reservation.
Special for last minute booking, the clients could make the payment by cash upon arrival at the venue of activity.
Price and payments
The Client is responsible for the payments of all rental costs.
The rental prices are all in United Stated Dollars (USD) and include the benefits [the benefits offered may vary based on standard of each villa]
Prices DO NOT include the following: Cost of telephone calls, Any optional services not previously specified and billed, Client’s travel insurance, medical insurance or personal liability insurance.
The balance of the rent is payable 60 days before arrival, directly to CV. Hospitality Bali account, unless otherwise specified in the Villa Specific Rental condition. If full payment is not received as specified, the Owner reserves the right to cancel the booking and refuse admission to the Villa.
Payments can be made by Bank transfer, Online Payment, Credit Card or cash, The Client must pay all bank charges and Credit cards are accepted subject to a 3% service charge.
Best Price Guarantee
If the Client finds a cheaper and valid price for the same villa at the same period, on a website duly authorized by the Owner, We will claim the difference for the Client from the Owner. Since have direct contracts with Owners where Owners commit to give us their best prices and special offers on their Villa – thus we could guarantee the Best Prices for the Villas.
Deposit and balance payment are non-refundable unless otherwise specified in the Villa Specific Rental conditions. Any modification or refund on your booking is in any case subject to admin fees of USD 150.
Conditions of stay
Check in time is 2.00 PM on the first day and Check out time is 12.00 PM . Late check out between 12.00 and 18.00 will be charged at 50% of one night rental rate [Subject to availability]
The maximum number of people residing in the Villa cannot exceed the number stated on the on the Villa Pages on the Website without explicit permission of the Owner. The Owners reserve the right to refuse service or rentals to anyone at their complete discretion.
Season classifications, their period, and corresponding pricing are subject to discretion of each villa owner. Please refer to pricing information in villa detail page of our website.
Events and Parties
Villa rental are made available only for holiday accommodation purpose only. Holding an event or party is subject to management discretion, surrounding neighborhood, local authorities, and may incur various charges and fees.
Depending on the neighboring community, certain functions may not be allowed in certain villas.
Explicit notice upon making your reservation is required for holding events or parties in the villa.
Fees may be required to acquire a license to hold the event from local authorities.
Getting travel insurance which covers any potential disadvantages during your holiday including illness, injury, death, damage, loss, and cancellations is highly advisable.
CV Hospitality Bali is not liable in any circumstance to substitute or refund any unused proportion of accommodation and other related services.
CV Hospitality Bali is not liable to damage, loss, injury, and death sustained by residing clients both inside and outside the villa.
Whilst we make our best effort to ensure accuracy of information presented in our website, we are not responsible for any changes and alterations made by the villa owner.
CV Hospitality Bali is not responsible and therefore is not liable to borne any related expenses caused by inconvenience caused by condition of the villa.
CV Hospitality Bali is not liable to any loss and damages to personal belongings of the clients and their visiting guests including cars and personal belongings left inside.
Losses and Damages
Clients are responsible to leave the villa in good order and clean condition.
Clients are liable to cover any losses and damages to the villa during their occupation.
Villa owner retains the right to repossess the villa if the clients or their guests cause damages to the villa.
Complains and Force Majeur
We are doing our best to provide comfortable accommodation for the clients to occupy. However we are also aware that there are issues beyond our control which may negatively affect client’s experience.
Clients have to address complains to the villa manager immediately.
We will not entertain any complains raised after client’s departure.
We are not liable for failure to perform its obligation caused by issues beyond its reasonable control including but not limited to act of God, power failure, fire, flood, epidemic disease, war, riot, and terrorism.
All clients are strongly recommended to obtain appropriate travel and medical insurances.
Clients are responsible to ensure that every member of their group has proper travel document as regulated by the government of the Republic of Indonesia.
Weare not liable to refund any losses caused by improper documentation and any other travel related problem including but not limited to cancelled or delayed flights.
We are not liable to any illegal conduct or actions against the law of the Republic of Indonesia.
Clients’ reviews may be uploaded onto the Villa page on our website for the sole purpose of informing future Clients of other opinions of the service level and quality of the Villa. The Website reserves the right to adjust, refuse or remove reviews at our sole discretion.
